A parapet wall with recessed feature lighting and a flat roof patio is the focal point from the house raised decking becomes the stage for many enjoyable meals and gatherings.
Lighting provides a warm glow to the outdoor living areas in the evening, particularly the laser-cut rusted feature panels these were mounted to the walls in an area designed for quiet contemplation or the pleasure of a good book.
The white face brick of the house was hidden by render then painted along with the window frames and doors, new gutters & timber fascia boards finished the face lift allowing the house to compliment the new outdoor space.
