Quotation

On approval of the concept plan we will talk to the local council as there may be aspects that require a development application to be lodged. If development approval is required we will issue a quotation to outline any additional designs that will be needed to submit or council approval and or building license as well as fees for documentation and costing.

Once planning approval has been granted, we can commence documentation to ensure that our team, all trades and contractors return accurate pricing. A detailed quotation will be compiled with all relevant documentation, plans and product information.
