Cottesloe
This quaint weatherboard beach house had undergone a major renovation and addition when we were brought in to provide some inspiration.
All the new living rooms view through to the courtyard, a ‘’static feature’’ was tasked with being the focal point of all this attention along with the Xanthorrhoea australis (Grass tree) the static feature alludes to water and the polished plaster matches feature walls within the home.
Lights running through the deck and into the garden gives the feature a new dimension once the sun goes down.
A play area of grass and sand pit reflects the internal play room surrounded by a fun path of pebbles and ‘’hopping’’ pavers.
